Every person here matters to us.

Through our range of support services, we aim to make NHS Blood and Transplant a great place to work, and one that supports your wellbeing at every stage of your career with us.

It’s also our duty of care to provide you with a safe workplace environment and to thoroughly assess any significant risks to your health.

  • help us meet your expectations of a healthy working environment and a healthy life, which won’t be negatively impacted by your work
  • help us understand how to support you if you have a disability, and get advice on what you need and how to adjust the workplace, to make it safe and accessible
